Variations to these standard payment terms are by exception only: • Landlords – all rental invoices are paid as contractually agreed.

Any other information about payment terms
COVID-19 As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic the Group deferred rental payments whilst clubs were closed and agreed repayment plans with landlords. As a result, payment statistics based on invoice date are distorted. Deferred COVID payments have been made in line with the agreed repayment plans. Taking deferred payments into account, underlying average payment days are 28 and this reflects our true payment performance.
Dispute resolution process
Any disputes between DLC and its suppliers are resolved by negotiation and are typically managed by the club general managers and club administrators. If disputes cannot be resolved in the first instance they are escalated to the Head of Procurement who shall use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute as soon as possible.
