Where only part of an invoice is disputed, the undisputed amount shall be paid by WSM on behalf of the Customer in accordance with Condition 8.2 provided that WSM has received from the Supplier a revised invoice in respect of the undisputed amount. The Supplier’s obligations to supply the Products shall not be affected by any payment dispute
