Dispute resolution process
The main point of contact for dispute resolution is the Eden Farm Accounts department based in Peterlee, County Durham. To resolve a dispute, the supplier is required to provide any missing information or a corrected invoice. Eden Farm follow a strictly no PO no pay policy. The PO number is communicated by a designated member of the Eden Farm accounts team at the time of placing the order. Proof of delivery/signed schedule of works, invoice quoting purchase order number and an up to date statement will all be required to resolve any dispute.
