If a supplier has a complaint or dispute they will contact the UKIE DBS Procue to Pay department in the first instance, usually via email. The P2P team will look into the status of the invoice and try and resolve the complaint with the supplier. If P2P cannot resolve the complaint the P2P team member will put the supplier in contact with the Buyer who requested the good/service. Danone follow a no PO no pay policy.
