Standard payment terms
The Company’s standard payment terms are that invoices are paid at the end of the month following the receipt of the invoice. If any invoices are required to be paid in accordance with set payment terms outside of this, interim payments are made. Certain suppliers request payment on receipt of invoice but where days are quoted, the shortest is 7 days. Based on a review, an assumption has been made that the majority of suppliers use 30 day terms. Suppliers generally only go beyond the 30 days from invoice if they have included all staged payments of a contract in the first invoice. This may therefore appear as a longer period following receipt of invoice, but the payment terms are deemed to be in accordance with contract payment date.
Were there any changes to the standard payment terms in the reporting period?

Were suppliers notified or consulted about these changes before they were made?

Maximum contractual payment period agreed
30 days
Suppliers generally only go beyond the standard 30 days if they have included all staged payments of a contract in the first invoice. This may therefore appear as a longer payment period following receipt of invoice, but the payment date terms are deemed to be in accordance with contract payment date not the date of receipt of the invoice setting out those dates.
