Queries from our suppliers are assigned to a colleague to action and urgent queries will be actioned within 24 hours (one working day). Non-urgent queries are actioned within two working days. When a new supplier is set up, a payment guide is available which provides our suppliers with all the contact details required to raise a dispute and our escalation process. Any changes to contacts or email addresses are also communicated to all our suppliers.
