The drop in score reflects the period in which Avon Products Inc. (API), the non-operational U.S.-based holding company, navigated its Chapter 11 court process. Following this process, Avon’s non-U.S. operations are completely separated from API, resulting in a much healthier ownership structure as part of Natura&Co. Because of the regulatory constraints on reporting, the paid-on-time data does not reflect that, for payments made in the same period (H2 2024), 69% were made within one week of invoice due date and 80% within two weeks. Paying suppliers on time is a key target metric for Avon and we will continue to closely monitor going forward.
