Suppliers should send tax invoices which specify the correct Purchase Order number to the Accounts Payable department at DP World Southampton, either by email to AccountsPayable@dpworldsouthampton.com or by post to Accounts Payable, DP World Southampton, Western Docks, Southampton, SO15 1DA.

For any payment queries, suppliers should contact the Accounts Payable department at DP World Southampton, either by email to AccountsPayable@dpworldsouthampton.com or by phoning the switchboard on 02380 701701 and asking for the Accounts Payable department.

The Accounts Payable department will look into suppliers’ queries as soon as possible, and will liaise with the Procurement department and the supplier to resolve any queries or disputes to enable payment to be made as quickly as possible.
