Dispute resolution process
If there is a dispute in respect of an outstanding invoice, in the first instance it is handled by the central finance team who will contact the supplier. This is aimed to be resolved as soon as possible from the date of receipt of all relevant supporting documentation. Where necessary, the finance team contact the Academy Operations Manager to resolve the query. Payment is not made until the query is resolved. Disputed invoices are paid immediately on resolution.
