We are running one payment run per month through Purchase Ledger which occurs every month end , plus Faster payments or Bacs payments for instant remittances.The "Shortest" terms can be paid quicker than 30 days depending on invoice date and our payment run transmission.
The "Longest" terms can be 45 days depending on invoice date and when is received.
Our aim is for invoices to be paid within 30 days from transaction(invoice) date not entry date.

Yes, changes have occured in teh reporting period , our previous payment terms were :month end of the following month of invoice date .From May-July 2024 our new payment terms are 30 days in order to remove processing anomaly.The statistic have been based to revised terms.New payemnt terms are within 30 days from invoice date.

If there is a problem relating to an invoice,we contact the supplier,let them know the details and suggest a solution to the problem(e.g goods not delivered,faulty workmanship etc).We do not complete the process until and agreed plan of action is in force so both parties know what is to happen to allow timeouts payment.
