Dispute resolution process

If an invoice is disputed the affect department will contact the supplier in order to resolve the dispute. In most cases this will be done fairly quickly (usually no longer than 7 days) meaning the invoice and any subsequent credit will still be setted within payment terms. However, there are exceptions where disputes will take longer to reolve. This invoice is not processed through tthe system until there is a resolution.
