Disputes are notified to the Accounts Payable team at Purchaseledger@apollounderwriting.com who manage the communication between the supplier and contract owner. The contract owner is responsible in resolving the dispute with the supplier. Dispute resolution can be supported by procurement, compliance and the CFO in the event of an escalation and are reportable to the Ops and Change Committee.
