Were there any changes to the standard payment terms in the reporting period?
The calculation of payment date was shifted from invoice date to invoice receipt date to align with our contractual language.
Were suppliers notified or consulted about these changes before they were made?
Suppliers whose contract terms were not aligned with the new process were notified prior to the change. For the bulk of the suppliers, the change aligned our process with their contractual terms, so no notice was necessary. We also created a notice that was shared with Business Supplier Owners within Indivior, in the event their suppliers questioned the change. For the bulk of suppliers (very few exceptions), there was no difference in how they were paid as the invoice date and invoice receipt date were very close, if not the same.
