David Lloyd Leisure Limited (“DLL”) typically pays all its suppliers within 30 days. DLL makes weekly payment runs to clear supplier bank accounts each Friday. The payment run parameters are set to select all undisputed invoices that are due for payment one week following the Friday clearing date based on the supplier payment terms held within the supplier master record. Any disputes between DLL and its suppliers are resolved by negotiation and are typically managed by the club general managers and club administrators. If disputes cannot be resolved in the first instance they are escalated to the Head of Procurement who shall use reasonable endeavours to resolve the dispute as soon as possible.
