The relevant member of the team will then investigate, and seek a resolution within 7 working days of being informed of the dispute. If the accounts payable team are unable to resolve the dispute, it will be passed on to the Finance Manager. Once a resolution is reached, the invoice will be processed for payment on the next weekly payment run.
