The Finance Assistant will take the initial complaint/concern and acknowledge within 24 hours. They will investigate the compliant and reply no later that 2 working days. If the complaint is still not resolved, this is escalated to the Finance Manager again replying within 2 working days and finally referred to the Finance Business Partner / CFO to resolve.
