Any other information about payment terms
We continue to make every effort to chase suppliers for invoices and pay as soon as reasonably possible. We have implemented a new invoice automation system in to match and receive invoices and statements and chase notify the supplier of any missing invoices. This will speed up processing and payment of invoices but this system is very new and in its infancy stages with the Trust. When staff become competent in the system we hope this will benefit all our suppliers we work with to be paid more promptly.
Dispute resolution process
The finance department deals with all disputes and keeps contact with the supplier so that a resolution can be found as soon as is practically possible. If the dispute or complaint is not resolved this will be passed to the Finance Lead or CFO who will follow up. If no resolution, this will be passed to the CEO of the Trust to resolve.
