Dispute resolution process

We are committed to resolving any disputed invoices quickly. We perform monthly purchase ledger reconciliations to highlight any invoices which are not on the ledger and to request these from suppliers. Separately, we also actively pursue goods received notes and service reports from site and suppliers. However, where it is not possible to reach agreement, a number of potential dispute resolution methods (for example, mediation, adjudication, expert determination, litigation and / or arbitration) may be used.
