Dispute resolution process
Invoices should be priced based on approved purchase orders and will be disputed if not in agreement. Payment is only made when dispute is resolved. If there is no purchase order quoted then the invoice is returned to the supplier and request for purchase order number is made. It is the supplier's responsibility to obtain the purchase order number from the relevant department. If price of purchase order does not match invoice then the invoice is returned to the supplier to issue a credit note. If they dispute purchase order price it is the suppliers responsibility to liase with relevant department to update if appropriate.
