Queries from our suppliers are assigned to a colleague to investigate with urgent queries being actioned within 24 hours (one working day). Non-urgent queries are actioned within five working days. Additional payments can be made outside of the standard payment cycles if an expedited payment is required. Any changes to contacts or email addresses are communicated to all our suppliers.
