The price of or rates specified on the Order for the performance of the Services and/or supply of the Goods shall be fixed and shall be exclusive of VAT and inclusive of all disbursements and costs of performance including, without limitations costs of obtaining any licences and consents from any third parties accordance with condition 4.5 and condition 4.6
