AECOM Limited is committed to fair treatment of all its supply chain partners and promotes transparency and swift resolution of any supplier dispute. The company has a dedicated UK based Procure to Pay team who provides the interface between the company and its supplier base and will be the initial point of contact to resolve any payment or invoice dispute. Where it is not possible to reach agreement, the dispute will be escalated to the Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMIA) Head of Global Business Services and / or the Finance Director of the Company for resolution
