The majority of our suppliers are on 30 day terms.
We put two contracts out to tender during the reporting period. Following our tender process both contracts changed from 18 to 24 days payment.
We follow a tender process for any contractual requirements which includes a Request for Quote (RFQ) – suppliers fill out the RFQ document and submit to the business within the time frame requested. Suppliers put forward the payment terms to the business as part of their RFQ submissions. When the tender process is complete and contracts are awarded, we will confirm the payment terms to the supplier as part of the award confirmation.
