Standard payment terms

Payment quoted as standard as 'end of month following invoice', but in reality actually paid in mid month run.
A Dec 1st Invoice therefore probably paid after 45 days approx Jan 15th, a 31st Dec invoice probably paid after 15 days, since paid in the same Jan 15th run. We would not withhold an invoice payment because it was not yet due, to support the most efficient operation of our purchase ledger, and minimal supplier payment enquiries.
In the worst case scenario, because payments did not occur mid month, our EOM following standard could be 60 days.

Were there any changes to the standard payment terms in the reporting period?

Dispute resolution process

Suppliers are requested to supply copies of unpaid invoices to our Purchase ledger team who will get them verified and approved for payment in the next available run, or work with supplier to correct any invoicing errors.
Exceptionally, if non payment has occurred due to our error we will process unique faster payments.
