Dispute resolution process

EMCOR requires suppliers to quote a purchase order number on their invoices. The invoices must agree to the purchase order provided. If an invoice is received without a purchase order, it will be rejected back to the supplier by email. If the invoice exceeds the purchase order value, it will be queried internally. If a credit is required because the invoice exceeds the purchase order, the supplier will receive an email request. If the invoice agrees to the purchase order but there is some other query, the supplier will receive an email from the operational contact and the supplier must resolve the query with the operational contact before payment of the invoice will be made. Escalation lines are in place to resolve disputes.
