Dispute resolution process
Disputes and claims are resolved on a mutual agreement basis. Where a supplier agrees to supplying damaged products or short deliveries, we request credit Notes from the suppliers. For sub-contractors, in instances where a job completed them results in a remedial and an extra cost to us, we agree with the sub-contractor to raise a credit Note on their to cover the cost of the remedial caused by their fault.
