Dispute resolution process
Invoices/requests for payment which do not automatically match to the purchase order are electronically sent to the requisitioner who is responsible for taking the action required to resolve the query. Disputed invoices are monitored and
reported on a weekly basis by the Shared Services Centre in Solihull using an electronic query management system to ensure the requisitioner and supplier resolve the dispute as soon as possible.
