We have rebate arrangements with a small number of our suppliers but other than that we do not deduct sums from payment as a charge for remaining on our supplier list.

Dispute resolution process

Any dispute is generally resolved between the Purchase-to-pay team and the supplier. In the first instance disputes will be dealt with by the individuals responsible for the supply agreement, with support from the Finance team. Failure to meet resolution will be escalated to the Procurement / Legal team.
