In the event of a dispute, the relevant department contact at Cheyne (which will vary from contract to contract) will contact the supplier in an attempt to resolve the issue promptly in accordance with the terms of the contract. In the event the issue is not resolved then it will be escalated to the Finance or Legal department as appropriate to ensure a swift resolution.
