Dispute resolution process
We have an electronic ordering system that removes most of the disputes.
We also have various admin teams set up to cover the different part of the business when ordering goods or services. There is an escalation process there and normally this is resolved within the team. However occasionally a dispute arises a proof of delivery of goods or service is requested and then the invoice will be settled. Which when required will be highlighted up the chain of command.
