Any other information about payment terms
It is a little disappointing to see a small drop in the number of invoices processed within 30 days and and increase in the number of invoices not being paid within agreed terms. Of the invoices not being paid within agreed terms, there have been a sizable number of disputed invoices which has increased this number. As with previous months, there have also been some delays in receiving invoices to our offices - 31% of those that were not paid on time were not received until after their due date. 40% of those that missed due dates were paid less than 7 days after receipt which is standard based on our weekly BACS cycle.
Dispute resolution process
Escalate to central finance team who would take up query with management of supplier.
