Inventory - if there not a matching receipt on the ERP system, invoice will be put on hold and queried with Goods In & Purchasing. If resolved invoice will be taken off hold, matched against receipted item and paid. If no resolved, vendor will be contacted to investigate their end. May result in a CM, additional shipment etc. If due to the investigation the invoice becomes overdue, when it is resolved the invoice will be paid on the next payment run (bi-monthly)
