Dispute resolution process
• The Accounts Payable team will contact supplier and request details of dispute by email.
• On receipt of requested details, the dispute is then referred to the relevant internal recipient of service (“account manager”) to review
the details of the dispute and either contact the supplier directly and/or give direction to the Accounts Payable team how they need to
handle the dispute.
• In the event of the dispute not being satisfactorily resolved by the Accounts Payable team or the account manager, the matter will be
referred to the Legal team for further action.
