Dispute resolution process
We work with our suppliers to ensure that disputes are resolved in a timely manner. If a supplier has a dispute they should call our Financial Shared Service Centre on 020 3567 2270 or email Accounts Payable on uki.queries@veolia.com.
According to our Terms & Conditions, which are available on our website, excluding the payment of invoices subject to a bona fide dispute, if the Customer fails to make a payment due to the Supplier under this Contract by the due date, then the Customer shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgement. Interest under this clause will accrue at 2% a year above the Bank of England base rate. The parties agree that the remedies under this clause are sufficient for the purposes of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
