Dispute resolution process
Suppliers are requested to email details of any disputes to a specific email address which is monitored and managed by the Accounting & Admin Assistant for Purchase Ledger. The dispute is then reviewed and if necessary, will be re-directed to an internal department for further information/instruction. Notes are added to disputed transactions within the finance system to ensure the latest information can be shared with the supplier. All disputes are resolved as quickly as possible and communicated to the supplier by either the Accounting & Admin Assistant for Purchase Ledger or responsible contact from Birmingham Airport.
