Any other information about payment terms
Standard terms are the end of the month following invoice, however we paid most invoices in the reporting period in the day or two days post due date, making them late. We will adjust our process going forward to pay within terms, where possible.
Dispute resolution process
We have a dedicated purchase ledger team who assist with queries and see them through to resolution. They are easily contactable and will always answer the phone or promptly reply to emails during standard office hours.
