Dispute resolution process

In the first instance payment disputes are dealt within through an informal process by the finance team, supported by school staff where required. If the finance team are unable to resolve the dispute it is escalated firstly to the Head of Finance and subsequently to the Deputy CEO (CFO). If the dispute remains unresolved through this informal escalation the supplier has the option to make a formal complaint in accordance with the Trust's Complaints Policy.
