Our standard payment terms are to make payment within 30 days of receipt of a correctly rendered invoice for suppliers and 7 days for freelancers/talent. Payment runs are made weekly and we aim to pay invoices when they fall due.

A supplier query or dispute should be directed to a member of the Finance Team to investigate. If the dispute cannot be resolved by them it will be escalated either within the Finance Team or to the relevant employee who entered into the contract/received the services in order to resolve the matter. Continuing disputes are referred to the Legal Team.
