Any other information about payment terms
Delta Academies Trust is an educational establishment and therefore from mid July until September the schools are closed - this can effect payment terms for invoices received by the academy in this period and is the reason there is a decrease in invoices paid with 30 days and those paid within 31 - 60 days.
Dispute resolution process
All disputes will be dealt with by the local finance office with the aim to resolve such disputes in a timely manner. Academies can contact head office for assistance where disputes are difficult to resolve. Complaints policy is included on each academy website and on the website of Delta Academies Trust.
