Payment disputes are initially dealt with via an email communication to accounts.payable@telegraph.co.uk with the supplier detailing the issue. These will be dealt with by the Accounts Payable Team, led by the Accounts Payable Manager. If required the dispute will be escalated to The Head of Treasury and Transactional Finance and further to the Group Financial Controller and Chief Finance Officer if necessary.
