Dispute resolution process

Protecting Fremantle’s business and its relationships with suppliers, customers and others is important to the Directors and the Company. All new vendors are contacted by the AP team when they are verified onto the accounting system. This provides contact details should the vendor have a query. Vendors may contact the Accounts Payable team directly to enquire on the payment status of their invoice processing via email SSC-AP@fremantle.com, or via the post to 1 Stephen Street, London W1T 1AL.

The Accounts Payable team will contact the purchaser within the business to resolve the delay in payment

and share the reason for delay with the vendor
