If one of Decathlon's suppliers raises a query in respect of an outstanding invoice or payment, our Accounts Payable Team handles the requests with a commitment to provide an initial response within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). The Team will then allocate the query to the responsible team member to resolve the enquiry, normally within one week. If the matter remains unresolved, it may be escalated to senior leadership.
