Any other information about payment terms
We have several Payment terms but 45 Days is our standard. We buy fuel on bulk and these are set up at 14day terms. Also have some random other suppliers on 30day Terms We have based this data on our suppliers on Std 45 day terms only. Should we be doing otherwise?
Dispute resolution process
We have an ERP system with Procurement module, should the invoice not match the PO, then it is rejected back to the originating manager for him to question with supplier.
