Payment terms are adhered to by specific account normally 60 days with some on 30 days terms. Body shops have flexible terms and are paid once the work is complete and ready for collection, this may mean they are paid after the normal maximum of 60 days.

If an invoice is received without the correct order number it will be referred back to the supplier for further investigation and placed on hold until such time as the query has been resolved. Once this has taken place the invoice will be released for payment on the next monthly payment run.
