Delays in paying invoices are driven by slower invoice processing due to temporary unit closures throughout the pandemic Invoices are paid in line with contractual terms on the next available payment run. Suppliers can be paid ahead of terms if they participate in the Supply Chain financing scheme. Payment terms can be accelerated or exceeded at specific times during the year in mutual agreement with suppliers.
