Our standard payment terms agreed with Suppliers varies between 12 days and 60 days. The payment terms are determined by the
type of products supplied and size of the supplier. Most of our suppliers are paid at the end of the month, however, some suppliers are paid at
specific dates during the month. We also make weekly payments to our discount suppliers.

Invoices that are disputed are put on hold pending discussion between the Supplier and our Accounts Team together with the Buying
Team.
We aim to resolve any disputes at the earliest. Once a resolution is reached, we would pay at the next payment run.
