Invoice queries are regularly chased up by the accounts team and aim to be resolved before the invoice is due for payment Accounts will escalate the query to the relevant personel/department, once a response is received and the query is resolved the invoice will be processed for payment by the due date If the query is ongoing resulting in the invoice not being paid by the due date the accounts team will continue to communicate with the relevant internal personnel/department and the supplier until the dispute is resolved Once resolved payment will be made on the next available payment run.
