Dispute resolution process
Invoice discrepancies/disputes are notified to the supplier as soon as possible
by either our Purchase Ledger Department or our Buyers.
Invoices are not paid until the discrepancy/dispute is resolved.
We aim to resolve any invoice discrepancies/disputes before the invoice is due
for payment however this can be dependent upon action from the supplier.
Suppliers can contact either our Purchase Ledger Department or our Buyers
with any invoice or payment queries.
