Dispute resolution process

Supplier can contact us by email vendorqueries@tagworldwide.com or by telephone 0207 772 4665. Their query is logged and an incident number assigned to the query. The incident number is used to monitor progress of the query and to communicate with the supplier. An acknowledgement of the query is sent immediately. We aim to respond to the query within 48 hours of the ticket being logged. The resolution is dependent on the complexity of the query. Once full resolution has been completed the ticket is closed and notification sent to the supplier
