Yes – Due to Covid-19 pandemic the Trust decided to pay small businesses before their payment date and reduced payments to between 7 and 15 days This finished on 31 Aug 2021 where we have returned back to 30 days or suppliers terms if different. We did not consult with suppliers on this change but did notify them of the reasons we had decided to pay early.

Dispute resolution process
All disputes are dealt with by the local finance office with the aim to resolve any disputes/queries in a timely manner. Academies can contact Head Office for support where disputes are difficult to resolve.
